S.V.Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400 057 and assets hypothecated in favour of the applicant though there is no description which are the assets hypothecated in favour of the applicant.

There is an order dated 9.7.2015 in which the same prayer sought, has been allowed. Therefore, this application is not maintainable. Application dismissed.
