A praecipe is filed for speaking to minutes of earlier orders dated 8th April 2021, 9th April 2021, 20th April 2021, 27th April 2021, 29th April 2021 and 4th May 2021. In the said orders, in the appearances, the appearance of "Mr.Aditya Deolekar with Mr.Avadhut Bidaye and Bharat Parekh i/b. Trsna Legal shall be read as appearing for respondent nos. 7 to 15, so also in the said orders, wherever there is mention of J.V.Salunke,PS

1-WPL.9725.2021 "respondent nos. 7 to 16, it shall be read as respondent nos.7 to 15. The aforementioned orders stand modified accordingly. 2.

As the possession of flats is received by the respective petitioners in pursuance of the orders passed by this court, the learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, states that his clients are not interested to prosecute the prayers as made in the writ petition. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of as not pressed. All contentions of the parties, including the respondent nos.7 to 15 are kept open. The parties are free to pursue the pending proceedings before the MahaRERA Authority.

The report of the Court receiver is also disposed of. The Court Receiver shall appropriate the fees, charges, etc. from the amounts already deposited with the office of Court Receiver by the petitioners, and the excess amount, if any, be refunded to the petitioners. The Court Receiver stands discharged.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
