The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that the Municipal Corporation has not offered to allot alternate accommodation in lieu of Room No.1, Gautam Nagar Hutment, Dadasaheb Phalke Road, Dadar (East), Mumbai. He, therefore, submits that if the Petitioner makes a representation to the concerned Authorities of the Municipal Corporation for that purpose, it may be ordered to be decided expeditiously. In view of this statement, we dispose of this Petition by

ash wp-1313.14 directing that if a representation as aforesaid is made by the Petitioner, the same shall be decided by the Appropriate Authority of the First Respondent Municipal Corporation within a period of one month from the date on which an authenticated copy of the order is produced before the first Respondent. 2.

The Petition is disposed of on above terms.
