Paragraph 3 of the order shall read as under : "3.In addition to the arrears undertaken to be paid as above, the developers undertake to pay the current month's rent on or before the 5 th day of every month and further undertakes not to commit any default in making such payments. "

In line 2 and 3 of paragraph 4, "15 th June, 2020" be read as "15 th June, 2021".
