Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents very fairly made a statement that respondents are willing to withdraw the impugned show cause notices as the stage to issue the said notices have not come as yet.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner by issuing fresh notice in accordance with law, if occasion so arises.

All contentions are kept open.
