Ms. Pednekar, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, tenders copy of the letter dated 2nd December, 2015 by which the petitioner lodged a copy of the order of appointment of the Court Receiver with the office of the Court Receiver. Since the report for discharge was already prepared and filed by the Court Receiver on 20th November, 2015, Ms. Pednekar states that the petitioner would pay costs of the report quantified at Rs.3,000/- (Rs. Three Thousand only) to the Court Receiver within a period of 2 weeks from today. In view of the statement, the Court Receiver's report is disposed off. (SMT. R.P. SONDURBALDOTA, J) (SMT. R.P.
