Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that 18 months period has expired on 18th April, 2018. The arbitral proceedings are at the arguments stage. Learned counsel for both the parties state that they would not seek any unnecessary adjournment before the arbitral tribunal and they would co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitral tribunal in making an award within the extended period. The statement is accepted. 2.

The time to make an award is extended from 19th April, 2018 till 19th October, 2018. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

The commercial arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
