This is an administrative suit. The dispute is between the mother and two daughters. The parties have resolved the dispute amongst themselves and have arrived at Consent Terms dated 15th November, 2017, which is tendered across the bar. 2.

The plaintiff and the defendant nos. 1 and 2 are present in Court. They state that they have arrived at this settlement of their own free will and signed the same on complete understanding of the facts recorded herein.
