Mr. Mulla states that defendants- Jaishree Suresh Kutty and Geeta Someshwar Nair had filed Caveat opposing Testamentary Petition No.502 of 2012. He states that Caveatrices are present in the Court. He has tendered photocopies of Aadhar Cards of the defendantsCaveatrices, which are taken on record and marked 'A Colly.' for identification. Upon taking instructions from them, Mr. Mulla states that Caveatrices are withdrawing the Caveats filed by them. The Caveatrices also confirm the said fact. In view thereof, the Caveats filed by the Caveatrices are allowed to be withdrawn. 3.

In view thereof, Suit stands decreed. Office shall issue Letters of Administration with the Will annexed to the plaintiff having effect throughout State of Maharashtra. Order accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) 1/1 Minal Parab
