Mr. Pavan S. Patil i/b. Mr. Sachin R. Pawar for the defendant no.1. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 29th SEPTEMBER, 2016 P.C.:- The defendants were granted conditional leave to defend vide a order dated 22nd September, 2015 and the condition was that the defendants to deposit a sum of Rs.3 crores in the court within a period of eight weeks. The defendants preferred an appeal and the appeal came to be dismissed by an order dated 22nd February, 2016. I was told on 15th April, 2016 that the defendants have preferred a review of the order dated 22nd February, 2016. Admittedly, the defendants have not complied with the conditional order. Admittedly the review petition is not yet heard. Admittedly there is no stay against the suit proceedings. Gauri Gaekwad
