Having heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by requesting respondent No.3 to dispose of the dispute referred by the Government under the Industrial Tribunal Act, 1947 viz. Dispute No. 2 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.
