Mr. Shah, the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that the report survives qua the prayer clause (c)(iii) which pertains to direction for the sale of the vehicle bearing No. MH-43-R-8857 Toyoto Innova car, of which the valuation report is submitted by M/s. A.V.Shetty and Associates.

The reserve price in respect of the said vehicle is fixed at Rs. 2,50,000/-.

EMD shall be Rs. 25,000/-.

5.

The prayer clause (d) stands allowed in respect of said vehicle subject to the aforesaid stipulation.

Report is re-sealed.
