We find that the facts on record are insufficient to apprehend the grievances. Exact description or the particulars of the petitioner's place of business are not given. Even there are no photographs. 3.
In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene in the matter by exercising extra ordinary jurisdiction. We grant liberty to the petitioner to approach again with appropriate pleadings, if any cause of action arises. Accordingly, we dispose of this petition.
