The proposed Suit is based on contracts which have a nonexclusive jurisdiction clause naming the Supreme Court of Singapore. The Respondent is based in Singapore. A material part of cause of action has arisen in Mumbai. I am satisfied that with leave granted this Court would have jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit.
