At 4.30 P.M., Mr.Jagtiani appearing for petitioner stated that in view of order passed by this court in Company Petition No.487 of 2014, nothing would survive in this petition as the company has been ordered to be wound up. Mr.Jagtiani states that this petition be accordingly disposed with liberty to petitioner to lodge its claim with the Official Liquidator.

Petition accordingly disposed with liberty as sought. It is clarified that should respondent company challenge the order of KJ

2/2 CP496.13-4 winding up passed in Company Petition No.487 of 2014 and in the event this order of winding up is either stayed or set aside, liberty is given to petitioner to revive this petition.
