We have perused the prayers of the Writ Petition. Petitioner seeks writ of certiorari and writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for starting a new Law College for 3 years and 5 years course respectively. 2.

The application was made for granting permission for the academic year 2016-2017. No permission was granted in favour of the petitioner.

The petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
