The grievance of the Petitioners is that they have filed an application before the DRAT, challenging the interim order passed by the DRAT dated 23rd March, 2015, the Chairperson of the DRAT is not available and therefore, they were constrained to file this petition before this Court. It is, however, now submitted that the Chairperson of the DRAT is going to resume on his work from 12th June, 2015. 2.

In view of this, the writ petition does not survive. However, we direct the Respondents to give 10 days' notice to the Petitioners in the event, they wish to take any coercive steps for non-compliance of the order passed by the DRAT.
