Ms.Jhaveri for applicants states after reading paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the affidavit in support that applicant while going through the Official website of the Official Liquidator to find out which are the companies in Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

18.ca.273.2017 cp.1126.2001.doc liquidation, found that respondent-company is in liquidation and hence immediately applied to the Official Liquidator. The explanation, in my view, is satisfactory.
