We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that from time to time, the letters/representations were given to remove the encroachment. The petitioner is a developer and has taken writ structure for redevelopment. The show cause notices were also issued by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (for short, "SRA") concerned, but further steps were not undertaken. The learned Counsel submits that from time to time representations are given but to no avail. 2.

The learned Advocate for the SRA submits that let the petitioner fle a comprehensive representation. The SRA would take further steps in the matter in accordance with law. The petitioner may fle comprehensive representation Gaikwad RD 1/2

The SRA shall take decision on representation fled by the petitioner preferably within three months. Depending upon the decision taken, further steps be undertaken immediately of course after following procedure. 4.
