In the light of the order passed on 22nd February, 2017 by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, which is clearly traceable to para 69 of the Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952, we do not see any grievance of the petitioners surviving for our consideration. All the grievances stand redressed in terms of this order of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and which binds the petitioners, the employer and the Provident Fund Trust.

In the light of the above, we do not think that the writ petition should be kept pending. It is disposed of. We take a copy of the order passed on 22nd February, 2017 on record and mark it as 'X' for identification.
