The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff states that the Plaintiff has received an amount of Rs.1,60,00,000/- from the Defendants on 28th March, 2015 and the TDS certificate in respect thereof on 2nd June, 2015. In view thereof and in view of the Joint Memorandum of Family Settlement executed by the parties before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 17th February, 2015, the Plaintiff seeks to withdraw the above Suit. The above Suit is therefore disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court fees, if any, as per Rules.
