This application is taken out to bring the legal representatives of Mr. Edward alia Adward Paul Machado, the plaintiff, who passed away on 10th April, 2021. The application is preferred within the stipulated period of limitation. It is supported by copy of death certificate and affidavit. 1/2

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-C) appended to the application be carried out within a period of three weeks and copy of the amended plaint be served on the defendants.

The defendants are at liberty to file an additional written statement within a period of 30 days from the date of the service of the amended copy of the plaint.

Application stands disposed.
