The adoptive parents are Indian citizen presently residing in Dubai, UAE. Their documents appeared to be in order. I have seen the home study report and child care arrangement plan. I have also seen the medical report for that child. Ritesh is a health and medically fit child and has been pronounced free for adoption. The financial documents are in order.
