The Court Receiver's report has two prayers. The first is in regard to the agency agreement of Mr Samria. It expired on 1st April 2019. It will be continued on the same terms and conditions for one year thereafter. To save him trouble, I will direct that agency to be renewed annually until further orders but the Court Receiver will 30th April 2019

2-CRR89-19.DOC only place a report as to whether the agency should for any reason not be renewed, and this will be done at least one month before the expiry of each renewal.

The second prayer is in regard to the balance 30% of the purchase price due from PSCL Infra Construction and Merchandising Pvt Ltd. Mr Ardeshir says there are some matters to be worked out in the agreement. That cannot possibly take one year. I except payment to be made promptly. The terms are to be finalised on or before 21st June 2019. Payment to be made in two weeks thereafter. The Court Receiver will place a compliance report immediately thereafter.
