By the above Report, the Court Receiver has prayed for the following reliefs :

(a) What steps Court Receiver should take in respect of Defendant No.2 are carrying out business of Cyber Cafe without license in Room No.4 in the suit premises i.e. Sakina Mansion, Andheri (E), Mumbai without any license. (b) Cost of this Report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- lying in the hands of the Court Receiver;

The learned Advocates for the Defendant Nos.1 and 2 states that the business of Cyber Cafe run in Room No.4 in the Suit premises is discontinued since 16th December, 2014 and that the Defendant Nos.1 and 2 shall not be using the said premises for running the business of Cyber Cafe in ssp 1/2
