The learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondents are duly served. She submits that they already filed Affidavit of Service in the Registry. Statement is accepted.

By this Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Claimant is seeking permission to continue with the Execution Application to execute the award dated 13.2.2013. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in affidavit in support of Execution Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing the Notice. Hence, following order is passed:
