Accepted. The deceased's widow is the Petitioner. Another adult heir is the mother who has consented. The other heirs are minors. The mother has consented on their behalf. Hence, proclamation is dispensed with and the Petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal, being made returnable forthwith. 2.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Hariharan Chandrashekhar, who died intestate in Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 1st January 2016. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

At the time of his death, Hariharan had a fixed place of residence at 9/503, Prem Jyot Complex, Near Indian Oil Nagar, Mankhurd Link Road, Govandi, Mumbai 400 043.

The deceased left no Will.

Hariharan was survived by his widow, his mother, and his two minor sons. There are no other heirs.

During his lifetime, the deceased held several shares of a private limited company which has its registered office in Australia. The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for the purposes of transmission or transfer of those shares.

No Will having been found and no other Petition for an heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without Will annexed having been filed, there is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 9.

Certificate to be issued expeditiously.
