The Court Receiver's Report seeks a discharge on account of dismissal of the suit on 14 February 2000. There was no order passed for discharge of the Court Receiver at that time. The Court Receiver's Report is, accordingly, made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c). The costs, charges and expenses of the Receiver as well as costs of the Report shall be paid by the Plaintiff to the Court Receiver within a period of three weeks of the Receiver writing to the Plaintiff communicating such costs, charges and expenses.
