This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the tenants of the building which is under attachment of the respondent-

Mr. Surel Shah, Learned Counsel appearing in support of the petition, on instructions, limits his prayer in this petition only to seek a direction that the representation dated 10th January, 2017 made by the petitioners to the Commissioner of Income-Tax-21 be disposed of by him in accordance with law.

Ms. Gokhale, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, states that the representation dated 10th January, 2017 would be duly considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above statement made on behalf of the respondent-Revenue, Mr. Shah, Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. 5.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
