Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The judgment and order dated 24 th April, 2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : A.S.Oka and Riyaz I. Chagla, JJ.) in Writ Petition No.2592 of 2013 and other connected petitions, shall apply to the above Writ Petition along with the orders passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition No.17009 of 2019. The final order/s passed in the said Special Leave Petition by the Supreme Court of India shall also be binding on the Petitioner.
