This is affirmed on 28th February 2018. The third executor named Ms Sanyukta Bhushan Dhowan, who has earlier reserved her right to apply for probate later, seeks to join as Petitioner No. 2. 2.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
