Heard. The Chamber Summons seeks deletion of Rajesh Sadarangani as Petitioner No. 2 in this Petition. He has filed an Affidavit at page 7 renouncing executorship. This is affirmed on 28th February 2018. The third executor named Ms Sanyukta Bhushan Dhowan, who has earlier reserved her right to apply for probate later, seeks to join as Petitioner No. 2. 2.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
