Mr. Aithe states that he has been served a copy of the application only today.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 330 days in filing the affidavit of proof of debt.

The only reason given is that applicant did not see the notice given by the liquidator and when he went to the company's premises in the last week of March 2019 regarding the outstanding amounts, applicant came to know that the company has been ordered to be wound up. In my view, the delay requires to be condoned. Therefore, Meera Jadhav
