By the above Application, the Appellants seek leave of this Court to carry out certain corrections in the Affidavit in support of the Company Appeal. An Affidavit once filed cannot be allowed to be amended / corrected. However, the Deponent can file a further Affidavit correcting / clarifying the mistake in the earlier Affidavit. Liberty is therefore granted to the Appellants to file a further / clarificatory Affidavit in support of the Company Appeal. The same shall be filed within a period of one week
