Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioner would be satisfied if the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee is directed to dispose of Application No. 22 of 2017 within a particular timeframe. Since the said application is pending for more than one year, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Apex Grievance Redressal Committee to dispose of said application bearing No. 22 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In order to enable the Respondent-Authority to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before the concerned authority on 30th July 2018 at 11.00 a.m. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will implead the new developer - M/s. Ruparel Infra & Realty Pvt. Ltd as party Respondent in the said application. Statement accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
