Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation of the Petitioner made on 2 April 2018, in accordance with law and at the earliest and in any case within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before him. The Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 may appear before Respondent No.3 on 18 April 2022 and shall be at liberty to file on record before Respondent No.3 relevant documents. 5.
