The plaintiffs seek dissolution of marriage under Section 32-B of the Parsi Marriages and Divorce Act, 1936. They have arrived at mutual agreement that their marriage, which was solemnized on 7 th December 2018, be dissolved. In paragraph 5 of the plaint, the plaintiffs have stated that they have been living separately since January, 2019. In that view of the matter, the learned Advocate for the plaintiffs states that the suit be allowed by consent.

Perused the plaint and affidavit of evidence. The plaintiffs have also arrived at certain consent terms annexed at Exhibit-C to the plaint, by which they have confirmed that they had no claims against each other. The plaintiffs are present today and they also confirm that the consent terms have been executed out of their free will.

In that view of the matter, I pass the following order :- (i) Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The marriage of the plaintiffs, solemnized on 7 th December 2018, is hereby dissolved.
(ii) Suit is disposed in the above terms.
(iii) No order as to costs.
