1] The present Arbitration Petition, filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seek extension of mandate of the Arbitrator, as the extended period for completion of arbitration has come to an end on 15.06.2023.

2] On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and since the facts are not in dispute, and the matter is before the Arbitrator at the stage of recording of evidence, I deem it appropriate to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator by further period of six months from 15.06.2023.

3] Arbitration Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

No order as to costs.
