Mr. Kantharia, learned Counsel appearing in support of the appeal seeks to withdraw this appeal as the tax effect involved in this appeal is less than the threshold limit as provided in CBIC Instruction No.390/Misc./116/2017-JC, dated 22nd August, 2019. We have taken on record a pursis dated 17th September, 2017 filed by the Principal Commissioner of Central Tax, Pune-1 Commissionerate seeking to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. Refund of Court fees per per rules.
