On 22/05/2018 ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) was granted. Mr. Panchal on instructions states that defendant has not committed breach of the order. Therefore, paragraph no.4 of the order dated 22/05/2018 is confirmed as order in the Notice of Motion and Notice of Motion is disposed.

Pleadings in the suit are completed and even issues have been framed on 04/02/2019.

Mr. Kamod states that plaintiff has also filed its evidence, affidavit of documents and compilation of documents. Mr. Panchal states that he will take inspection of plaintiff's documents in the Registry on 19/03/2021 at 3.00 p.m. If plaintiff wish to keep their representative present they may do so. Registry is directed to permit to take inspection. 4.
On or before 26th March, 2021 defendant shall give its statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial failing which the existence of documents relied upon by plaintiff's shall be deemed to be admitted. If the admission and denial is given, plaintiff may file further affidavit in lieu of examination in chief of its witness to prove these documents and such affidavit shall be filed and copy served by 03/04/2021. 5.
Stand over to 7th April, 2021 for marking of documents/ recording evidence on which date plaintiff's first witness shall remain present in the court.
