Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that view of the Education Officer is that he is not the competent authority to decide the proposal for condonation of break in service of the petitioner, and therefore, he has referred the matter to the State Government for grant of approval and as such, he seeks two weeks' time to submit response of the Education Officer to this Court. Copy of the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer is placed on record and the same is marked as Document "A" for identification.
