1] Prayer made in the Public Interest Litigation is that the State of Maharashtra should on it's portal through the medium of the internet show a list of all NGOs to whom land has been alloted at concessional rates and give publicity to the said website. 2] The response brings out that such portal has been created. The name of the NGO, the activity of the NGO, description of land with reference to the survey number, lease amount with details of time by which the purpose for which land was allotted needs to be commenced are of in public domain.

trustees, the manner of NGO working to be displayed on the website. 3] The Government cannot be directed to do as what the Petitioner desires.

4] Suffice it to state that on the web portal of the Government, necessary information pertaining to NGO's has been displayed.
