This is the Plaintiff's Chamber Summons for issuance of a witness summons to the surviving attesting witness Ms. Anandita Sawant. On the previous occasion, i.e., 29th June 2016, I directed Mr. S.P. Mathkar, Additional Prothonotary to convey this to Ms. Sawant who is a practising Advocate. He has done so. He has received a reply from her on 16th July 2016. She says that she is 21st July 2016

List the matter on 5th August 2016 at 3.00 p.m. for recording the evidence of Ms. Sawant. Mr. Mathkar is requested to communicate a copy of this order to Ms. Sawant. Her present in Court is required on that day.
