Limited i.e. Defendant No. 4 herein (Plaintiff in Admiralty Suit No. 70 of 2015) and therefore the Plaintiff be allowed to withdraw the above Suit. 2.Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Co. Limited i.e. Defendant No. 4 herein (Plaintiff in Admiralty Suit No. 70 of 2015) has undertaken to pay poundage to the Sheriff of Mumbai. The undertaking is accepted. Hyundai Samho Heavy ssp 1/2

Industries Co. Limited is directed to pay the poundage within two weeks from today.
