The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that Petitioner No.2 has filed an application on 11th May 2017 seeking permission for repairs of the buildings. The same is not considered and decided.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent-Corporation submits that the Corporation had asked for certain documents under the communication dated 3rd June 2017, but the Petitioners have not provided the same. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that the documents have been submitted by the Petitioners. Mugdha

The Petitioners once again may submit all the documents as sought for under the communication dated 3rd June 2017 (Page No.83 to the Petition) by the Corporation. The said documents shall be submitted within four weeks from today. The Corporation shall, after receipt of the said documents, decide the said application dated 11th May 2017 filed by the Petitioner, preferably within three months. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
