The grievance of the Petitioner in the above Writ Petition is that despite repeated requests to the Respondent No.1 Developer, the Respondent No.1 refused to handover possession of permanent alternate accommodation thereby compelling the Petitioner to fle representation dated 1st February, 2018 before the Respondent No.2 i.e. Deputy Collector, Competent Authority, Encroachment/Eviction. However, till date the Respondent No.2 has not considered the said representation of the Petitioner.

The learned Addl. Govt. Pleader for Respondent No.2 and 3 states that the decision on the representation fled before the SSP 1/2

4 wpl 1380 of 2018.doc Collector would not serve any purpose, since it is already decided that the Petitioner is eligible to secure permanent alternate accommodation and therefore, the Petitioner should make a representation to Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA). The Petitioner agrees to make a representation to the SRA seeking appropriate reliefs. In the event of the Petitioner fling such representation before the SRA within two weeks from today, the SRA shall decide the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
