None appears for the Applicant - Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Perused the affidavit in support. With the passage of time, prayer made in the Notice of Motion will not survive as the prayer was made on the basis of permission granted by this Court to carry out premonsoon civil work. Accordingly, we decline to entertain this Notice of Motion and the same is disposed of. However, if occasion arises, it will be open for the Applicant to take out a fresh Notice of Motion for similar relief.
