Mr. Gada and Mr. Bansod appearing for the plaintiffs and defendant nos.1, 4 and 5, respectively, states that the parties have arrived at a settlement as recorded in the Consent Terms. They seek an order in terms thereof. Mr. Gada states that no relief is claimed against defendant nos.2 and 3. The parties to the terms have appeared on this video conference hearing. their respective Advocates, who are also present on this video conference hearing. Mr. Bansod on behalf of defendant nos.1, 4 and 5 confirm having explained to the defendants the undertakings contained in the terms. All parties have confirmed execution of the terms. 3.

Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms tendered on record and marked "X" for identification as against defendant nos.1, 4 and 5.

(ii) Suit is dismissed as against defendant nos.2 and 3. (iii) Interim orders, if any, are vacated.

(iv) In view of the disposal of the suit, all interim applications are disposed.

(v) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.
