This Official Liquidator's Report is filed to modify the terms and conditions on which the Official Liquidator was permitted to invite application for empanelment of new security agencies.

Mr. Aithe submits that in view of the Central Government notification dated 19th January, 2017, a provision is required to be made that the wages shall be payable at the rate notified by the State Government or Central Government, whichever is higher.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Official Liquidator's Report stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). 5.
