There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties. By consent Shri Justice Mohit S. Shah, a former Chief Justice of this Court is appointed as the sole arbitrator. Learned senior counsel for the respondent states that the respondent does not propose to press reliefs prayed in the affidavit in reply and seeks to file appropriate proceedings for such reliefs. The statement is accepted.
