In pursuance of the order dated 17 February 2020 passed by this court, the learned Additional Registrar (Original Side)/Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master, has placed on record his report dated 24 February 2020 stating out that there is a compliance of Rule 260 of the Rules and Form of High Court Judicature at Bombay(Original Side). He states that the English translation of these documents as set out in his report is available on record. This report also states that not only the English translation but also of some of the documents, Marathi translation is also available on record.

In this view of the matter, the objection as raised on behalf of the respondents is misconceived. It needs to be observed that respondents appear to be raising such objections without verifying the record and it appears that they are intending to delay the proceedings. The proceedings ought not to be further delayed. The

Let the proceedings be taken to their logical conclusion within two months from today. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.
